The mission of NAA is striving to reshape the oldest traditional profession by:

• Promoting awareness and  to educate our nannies, families and communities in identifying basic and critical skills necessary for both  nanny and family which will include a variety of programs and services offered.
  
  
• Improving standards and to set regulations in the nanny industry through  partnerships within our communities, speaking to our legislatures, senators, conducting forums, workshops and galas.
